Michel et Augustin Grand Cœur Fondant Chocolat-Noisettes

Chocolate-hazelnut filled shortbread · Michel et Augustin · Biscuits & wafers

8/10must-try

Why it's worth it

Michel et Augustin are the cheeky Paris upstarts ("les trublions du goût") who built a cult brand on real-butter biscuits since 2004. The filled sablés taste like they came from a French patisserie and, while the brand has expanded abroad, they are not a Czech supermarket line.

Taste

Buttery shortbread biscuit with a soft chocolate-hazelnut filling; crumbly, rich, not too sweet
