Crodino
Non-alcoholic bitter aperitif · Crodino · Soft drinks · Piedmont
Why it's worth it
Crodino is the original Italian non-alcoholic aperitivo, made in the Piedmont town of Crodo since the 1960s, and the little orange bottle is what Italians pour when they want the aperitivo ritual without the alcohol. It only started reaching Western Europe recently (UK 2021, France 2022) and is not a Czech shelf item, so it is a genuinely Italian buy. Great for travelers who want the spritz experience alcohol-free.
Taste
Lightly sparkling non-alcoholic aperitivo; bittersweet with bright orange, herbal and gently spiced notes (cloves, cardamom), a long citrus-woody finish
