Galatine are the milk tablets that almost every Italian ate as a child, made by Sperlari of Cremona from dehydrated milk. The flavour is polarising (fans love the pure milk hit, others say they taste like chalk), which is exactly what makes them a memorable, unmistakably Italian sweet. They have no Czech equivalent.
