Lajkonik Paluszki (Salted Sticks)

Thin salted stick pretzels · Lajkonik · Salty snacks

6/10worth it

Why it's worth it

Paluszki are thin salted sticks hugely popular in Poland, and Lajkonik (a brand of 100+ years) is the reference maker, baked from Polish flour to a traditional recipe. Salt sticks exist in Czechia too, so uniqueness is modest, but the Lajkonik version is the classic Polish party and beer snack.

Taste

Thin, crisp baked salt sticks; lightly salted, crunchy outside, softer chewy centre
