Horchata de chufa is a Valencian speciality made from tiger nuts with its own Denominación de Origen, and Chufi is the best-known bottled brand. Served ice-cold, often with fartons to dip, it is a drink with no Czech equivalent at all, which makes a carton one of the more distinctive Spanish buys.
